Refund policy
Jo's Honey will accept returns and/or exhanges after 3 days of the purchase.
The following cases are the cases in which return/exchange is allowed:
1. The item(s) you received are damaged or faulty. The customer has to notify Jo's Honey via email/Instagram/ Facebook within the allowed period of return and/or exchange and has the right to exchange for a similar item or any other item of the same price. In this case, Jo's Honey will be held responsible for covering all necessary delivery fees associated with the return and/or exchange process.
3. You received a gift from Jo's Honey and would like to exchange one or more of the items. The customer has to notify Jo's Honey via email/Instagram/ Facebook or phone within the allowed period of exchange mentioned above. In this case, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs associated with the exchange process.
4. The order you received from Jo's Honey is wrong. The customer has to notify Jo's Honey via email/Instagram/Facebook or phone within the allowed period of return and/or exchange that their order is wrong. In this case, Jo's Honey is responsible for all delivery fees associated with the exchange of the orders. Should the customer notify Jo's Honey that the order they received was wrong after the allowed period of exchange and the customer would still like to exchange their order, then in this case the customer is responsible for the delivery fees associated with exchange of the order.
